Re: Trip S-E France / Spain

A Chrysura sp. found on my way, in the Drôme (S-E France). I thought first about C. rufiventris but I think it's not (?)

EDIT : Chrysura refulgens

[Chrysura rufiventris]

... (maritime cliff). I thought it was Pseudospinolia neglecta from the shape but the vein seems to reach the wing margin... So I guess it could be Chrysura hirsuta (long hair on T3) but Im not 100% sure. Thanks in advance :) 51219288731_abdac4775c_o.jpg 51219233711_e9489d8c37_o.jpg 51220359270_5002528594_o.jpg ...

Hi chrysidid-fans :wohow: , I think it is a Chrysura of radians species group : propodeum is gibbous with a basal depression ... we can say : it is not the species with angulate propodeum (exit refulgens, rufiventris & trimaculata). Chrysura hirsuta is a mountain & septentrional ...

Re: Chrysididae sp. from Fuerteventura II

For me here, the postscutellum is angulate : Chrysura sp (radians group).

With this postscutellum, I think of several possibilities : varicornis, sulcata, refulgens, trimaculata (& rufiventris?).
