:welcome: Vladimir!!!

I'm glad to meet you in the Forum!

Please, modify your posts and add localities and collecting periods. Sometimes it's very usefull.

This is not Philoctetes sculpticollis, but it is closely related to Ph. bidentulus (Lepeletier, 1806).
Where did you collected it? Abeille described from Ukraine appendicinus, which seems to be only a simple varietas of bidentulus, with very long 'teeth' at the apex of T-III.
From Caucasus, Semenov described kuznetsovi which is very similar to bidentulus. If you compare your specimen with picture 79 (p. 252) in Kimsey & Bohart you'll find it.
The problem is that I don't know how to separate kuznetsovi from bidentulus. Very likely they are the same species, but I should compare more material. Unfortunately Semenov didn't give any illustration or key for his species.

Ciao
Paolo

Hi, Paolo!
I was collected it on Daucus carota, near of railway in Naberezhnye Chelny (Tatarstan region, Russia), 21.08.2011.
This is apparently a rare species, I have not seen it in summer, 2010.
Thank you for detailed answer.
Best regards,
Vladimir
