Chrysis taczanovskii - Eastern Ukraine

I have one specimen - female from Eastern Ukraine (south of Donetsk region).
It looks like to be Chrysis (Cornuchrysis) quadrispina Byusson, 1887 (obviously it belongs to cerstes group).
Please, help to confirm the ID.
