Chrysura refulgens (Spinola, 1806) - Romania

Hi to all,

I have collected this big chrysidid on a dry branch on soil.
Collected in Romania: Dobrodja: Tulcea: near Babadag - 15.may.2011, leg. Cosmin Manci.

I think that also a female was collected from the same place and date, is just a little smaller, with colors that are not so vivid and with the same bulge on metanotum.

I think that this is a male of Chrysura refulgens (Spinola, 1806) - Chrysididae, also after comparing genitalia with illustration from Linsenmaier, 1959.
Is possible to confirm or infirm this?
