Postby tlegrand » 13 Jun 2014 11:45

Hello !
A Chrysididae found the June 12 2014, at Roquetoire, France, in a garden, on a Rosa sp.
Maybe a Pseudomalus auratus ?

Hi Thomas!

yes, you're right, it looks like Pseudomalus auratus (L.)
However, if you wat to be sure, you must take a picture of the face in frontal view and see the lenght of the antennal segments. If the first segments are longer (l/w>1) then it could be Pseudomalus triangulifer (Abeille).

Take a look!

Cheers
Paolo
