Belongs to the ignita-group, hard to say from just pictures, the short ovipositor and habitus makes me suspect C. mediata (and related species). But I have a hard time with this group, even under the microscope, so cant help you narrow it down much more I'm afraid.

The other specimen posted should be the same species, belongs ignita-group at least.
