Parnopes grandior?

I’m not sure, but it looks like Parnopes grandior. Can someone confirm this to me?

Nice picture, you are spot on, its a male P. grandior.

It's the sole European member of the genus, and have many unique characters that immediately distinguishes it from other chrysidids i the area, such as the metallic first tergite followed by non-metallic red/pink tergites, four external tergites in the male, very long tongue (can be seen between the head and thorax), large tegulae that extends out and cover part of the wing base, white hair bands on the apical tergite, etc.
