Crimea. Size about 5 mm, no specimen

Omalus aeneus?

Looks odd to me, the head has almost no scapal basin and very densely punctated. Both the shape of the head, punctures on the mesonotum and the metanotal projection means it can only really be Elampus or Philoctetes. I'm leaning towards the former, but Philoctetes is very variable in their general build, so I'm far from sure.
