here is an animal, I've seen in the mid of june, ca. 5-6mm.
Could it be H. niemelai?

yes, it could be H. niemelai,
nevertheless, as you know, you should check the ventral surface of the abdomen to be sure 100%

In case of large specimens (7-8 mm) they are surely H. nobile, but in case of smaller specimens you need the help of morphological characters.

Hello for separate nobile niemelai, you must show the third sternit (especially the apical tooth), but it is not easy : it is very small :/

my advice has not a big value : I begining in chrysidids (I have many difficulties for Pseudomalus-Omalus-Philoctetes separation and I don't have many specimens while I explored many dead trees, hollow stems.
