Last Chrysis of the season?

ID welcome for this very late Chrysis found in mid November on dunes in the western Algarve, Portugal. About 6.5 mm long.

The brow ridge is turned down parallel to the eyes at each end and fairly weak being broken in the middle. The facial cavity is very narrow and shining. The rest of the face deeply pitted.

It belongs to the Chrysis pulchella-group of species, maybe a male of that species, but I'm not sure. Paolo will know more :)

it's Chrysis hydropica Abeille de Perrin.
