What wonderful colours! Its the ignita-group for sure, maybe you could find it in:

LINSENMAIER 1999 Die Goldwespen Nordafrikas

The colour combination should be able to narrow it down quite well I'd recon.

Alex is right, it's a female of C. rutiliventris portmanni described from Morocco, Col du Zad.
It's the type locality!
