Hello,
The TFC is strange for a Chrysis, maybe a Spintharina ? (but margin T III is strange).

It's a Chrysis in the bihamata-group, the shape of the pronotum and mesosoma in general, the shape of T3 and the large spots on S2 are similar to my single specimen of that species, but whether it is C. bihamata or a close relative I can't say
