Yes, it looks very much like Chrysura austriaca to me, but could conceivably be a closely related species.
Where was the specimen collected, Germany?

... T3" can occur in some Chrysis species, but is more common in Chrysura , and together with the general look I'm confident its the latter genus. Maybe Chrysura austriaca , can you take a photo of the head from the front?

Hi Libor,

you're right, it's an other specimen of Chrysura, but it belongs to an other species:
Chrysura radians (Harris), female. That's why it has one tooth on the mandible, convergent malar spaces (genae) and a deep fovea on the anterio margin of metanotum.
