Its a male in the Chrysis ignita-complex of species, which are very hard to ID, especially with just pictures, and males are even harder I'm afraid. It could potentially be the species C. ignita, but there are many other options besides it.
I understand it is hard to identify. This is my favorite critter to photograph but it is very hard to take two or more sharp pictures of the same one! And every one i got sharp on camera seems a bit different.
