Congratulations, that's not easy to see ...
you took the pictures of
Omalus biaccinctus (du Buysson) laying eggs into aphids.
Later the aphids (with the surprise) will be carried into the host nest.
Very rare shots.
But the last picture is a
Pseudomalus, possibly
auratus (L.).
