very very interesting pictures! Your specimen is not a Chrysididae, even if the colour is bright metallic. It is a Chalcidoidea, probably belonging to the Family Torymidae.
It's a Parasitic wasp and you can separate it from Chrysidids for the very long ovopositor coming out from the abdomen For a better ID you can post it to www.hymis.de.
It seems to me that some fungi are expanded on its antennae.
