Original description C'est la plus tranchée de toutes. Sa taille est des plus fortes; tous me exemplaires égalent 11 millimètres au moins. Sa forme est extrémement allongée. Les dents apicales sont toujours obtuses et le ventre d'un doré splendide. La ponctuation est grosse et peu serrés. Jen en posséde que des ♀, qui proviennent de Francfort (V. Heyden), de Sénart (Fallou), des Basses-Alpes (Bedel) et des Hautes-Alpes. Au premier abord il est impossible de ne pas considérer cette race comme une espèce et j'aurais vivement dèsiré trouver quelque chose de plus concluant que les différences susénoncées. Mais je n'ai pu y parvenir. Ce qui frappe le plus, c'est que ces différences se rencontrent toutes ensemble sur chacun de nos sujets.
