Original description Parva vel subparva, parce cinereo-, cavitate faciali dense argenteo-pilosis; antennarum articulo primo viridi, secundo et tertio supra auratis, reliquis fuscis, cavitate faciali superne obsoletius marginata, ocellis pallidis; capite thoraceque vel viridibus (vertice tamen inter ocellos, occipite et lobo medio antice cyaneis) vel cyaneis, maculis viridibus; abdominis segmentis dorsalibus valde dense rugosiuscule punctatis, primo viridi, marginem posticum versus saepius tenuiter aureo-splendenti; secundo et tertio igneo-aureis, secundo lateribus utrinque virescenti, basi anguste nigro-aeneo et subdisperse punctato, tertio serie ante-apicali foveolis circiter decem profundis, intermediis maioribus, margine apicali aenescenti, centri lateribus levissime sinuatis; segmentis ventralibus: primo et secundi basi nigro-aeneis, hoc postice viridi-aureo, tertio aureo, lateribus tenuiter nigro-cinctis; pedibus viridi-aureis, tarsis sordide-testaceis; alis hyalinis, cellula radiali fere completa, venis fuscis. - ♂; long. 5-6 mm.

Chrysidi basali Dhlb. aliquantum similis.
Species: cavitate faciali dense argenteo-pilosa, abdominis segmentis dorsalibus: primo viridi, secundo et tertio igneo-aureis, secundo lateribus virescentibus, tertio margine apicali aenescenti, centri lateribus levissime sinuatis, tertio ventrali lateribus tenuiter nigro-cinctis, cellula radiali fere completa, facillime cognoscenda. In Hugaria centrali ad Budapestinum aestate rara est.
